We prefer not to accept direct insurance payments. But we will work with you and fill-out the forms for you. You will then mail them to your insurance carrier. Consequently, insurance payments will come directly to you rather than to Rittenhouse Orthodontics. Prior to your first appointment, it might be helpful to contact your insurance carrier and ask the following questions: - Do I have orthodontic coverage? - What are my benefits? - Is pre-treatment estimate required? - Does the insurance company pay automatically? The availability of this information will make your first consultation visit more meaningful. Additionally, you may wish to finance your orthodontic treatment through some of the lending institutions that specialize in orthodontic fees. We can discuss these options with you.
